1. Return Eligibility
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
  • Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement item when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
